Our office will notify you by email shortly after we receive your complete application packet. The interview process begins in late April and continues until all slots are filled. All applications are submitted directly to MLASSP at the address given above. MLASSP will distribute the applications to our partner sites based on your geographic preference, language skills, and the experience that you bring to your placement. The partner sites then will review the application files, select candidates they wish to interview, and recommend the candidate they select to MLASSP. The candidate receives a written confirmation of their selection which is not finalized until the individual has notified both the partner site and MLASSP in writing that they are accepting the position.
Candidates should note that all MLASSP positions are contingent on AmeriCorps grant funding through the Corporation for National and Community Service.
